Anthony has over 15 years' experience leading, managing and developing teams. He's spent the last 10 years working with startup companies to hire and scale through talent management, recruiting, and HR best practices.

Anthony's first talent leader role was with Socio, which led to a very successful acquisition by Cisco (WebEx). This included managing all HR & Recruiting in both the US and Turkey. Over the years he's worked with scaling companies in the SaaS, Technology, Non-profit, Education, Professional Services, and Government industries.

Anthony serves as an Executive Board Member and Head of Community for Next Gen Talent, a non-profit training program for HR professionals.
